Our Team
As the visionary behind Collective, Joe brings 15+ years in founding, board and executive management experience. Before founding Collective Joe served as CEO of Falk eSolution's Falk North America. Previous to Falk he was the Executive Vice President at Eyeblaster, responsible for global sales and marketing leading the company to become the #1 rich media technology provider as measured by Nielsen NetRatings AdRelevance, with over 400 agency and 500 publisher customers worldwide. Earlier in his career he served as Senior Vice President, North American Sales Operations at 24/7 Real Media, for 24/7 Mail, 24/7 Network, and 24/7 Media Canada on multiple product lines including Online Media, Email, Promotions, Loyalty Programs, and Wireless Advertising.
Most recently, Joe was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® for the Metro NY area.
Jerome's 13 years of online advertising experience have made him a pre-eminent industry expert on audience development. Under his keen direction, Collective is able to deliver mass reach and relevancy for advertisers via audience targeting technology, including behavior and context segmentation.
As Vice President, Audience Development for Forbes.com, Jerome enhanced and developed numerous business relationships and increased audience reach.
Prior to that, he served at 24/7 Media as Vice President, Business Development - portfolio and network advertising sales, handling all functions related to online ad sales representation and publisher relations. Other sales and management posts include Vivendi/Universal - GetMusic.com, Reuters PLC and Dun and Bradstreet, Inc.
Todd brings more than 10 years of experience in the advertising and media industry to Collective Media. In his most recent position at Yahoo! as Vice President of New England and Canada Sales, he led the company's regional business development, spearheading several new product initiatives while managing annual revenues exceeding $100MM.
Prior to Yahoo!, Taplin honed his industry expertise at 24/7 Real Media as the Executive Director of New England Sales, and then as Vice President of Sales. His successes include building a 50-person sales force responsible for generating revenues of $155MM+, and signing multi-year deals with Sprint, MBNA, Fleet, AT&T and E-Trade.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer oversees the development of Collective's integrated marketing and communications efforts to brand advertisers, premium online publishers, interactive advertising and media agencies, and advertising and technology partners.
Prior to joining Collective, Jennifer held operational and strategic planning roles for a variety of media and Internet businesses. As Director of Operations at The Wonderfactory, an interactive branding and design agency, she was responsible for finance, legal affairs, marketing, HR and technology. As Vice President and Managing Director of David Stark Design and Production, a leading event and experiential marketing agency, she oversaw the successful execution of experiential branding campaigns for companies such as Target, Entertainment Weekly, HBO, and Hearst Corporation. As Vice President of Strategy and Operations for MoveOnIn.com, Jennifer spearheaded the start-up's growth into international markets as well as its fundraising and investor relations strategy. Earlier in her career as Executive Producer with USA Networks Interactive Entertainment, she oversaw the digital strategy for the company's television and film businesses. Prior to this, she held the positions of Director of Communications and Director of Operations for IAC.
As a sought after software developer and manager, Chris leads all of Collective's product development efforts including ad delivery, targeting, optimization, and reporting. Chris also manages all new product innovation and technology partnerships for the Company, ensuring Collective Media's leadership in new features and overall network reliability for our publisher, agency, and marketer customers.
Chris brings over 15 years of software engineering and management experience to Collective, which includes a decade of Internet application and infrastructure development for companies including Bankers Trust, Comet Systems (VP Engineering), MCEnergy (CTO) and Associated Press.
Andrew Q. Kraft leads business development and support for AMP, Collective's ad network management and monetization platform. Kraft works closely with both advertisers and publishers to ensure their advertising needs are met through AMP. With more than 12 years of experience in the interactive sector, Kraft joined Collective from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) where he served as Vice President Member Services and Revenue Development for two years. In 2002, he founded Executivity, a digital marketing and management consulting firm specializing in revenue development strategies. Kraft has also held positions at VNU Expositions, Group Show Director, Digital Media Group; Basex, Inc, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing; Association of Internet Professionals, Executive Director; and Sapient Corporation, Manager, New Media Group.
Lee is responsible for overseeing overall financial performance and strategic operations. Lee was previously at Media Contacts, the global interactive network of HAVAS Digital, the interactive division of HAVAS Media. His experience at Media Contacts included various corporate finance roles on the North American interactive business. Most recently, he was Media Contacts vice president, global controller where he was responsible for monthly financial reporting, planning and analysis of Media Contacts' Global Interactive business units Europe, North & South America and Asia Pacific as well as its' Global Technology budget. Lee also held roles as a Senior Auditor at Berdon, LLP and Controller of Titan Worldwide, a $500M privately held global out-door media business. Lee is a CPA and graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's school of business.
Tony brings over 12 years of software development experience to Collective. Prior to Collective he was Engineering Manager at Google where he oversaw the development of Network Builder and the next generation Sales Manager tool. Prior to Goggle's acquisition of DoubleClick, Tony was Senior Director of Engineering where he was responsible for the development of DART Enterprise, DART for Advertisers and MediaVisor. He also brought innovations such as the Universal Order Exchange to DoubleClick's Buying/Selling platform.
